Spacious den with comfy couch & tv. Extra linens, pillows, & blankets. Kitchenette including fridge, microwave, toaster oven, & coffee essentials. Washer/dryer available for extra fee. Private entrance! Access to shared backyard patio & pool (pool is open Apr- Oct). *Please review all rules before booking
Good to know
Close to the new Wake Forest Wegmans, and easy access to 98 and US-1, this location can’t be beat! Private home in quiet cul-de-sac; the basement apartment has its own private entrance and access to *shared* lower patio with salt water pool. Upstairs from this unit lives a family with pets, you’ll hear us, but the studio is completely private and has its own entrance. **Please review rules.**
Other Details to Note
While the basement studio is private, there is an active family upstairs. There is definitely noise (footsteps, voices, laughter, etc.) that will occur during the non-quiet hours. Our weekdays often start early, but we try very hard to be mindful of those downstairs! If you are seeking privacy or solitude, please be aware of this - it’s not a party spot or a place to escape to since the outdoor area is shared. Pool is covered and unusable for the winter - usually in/around October through April. Please refer to rules and cancelation policy prior to booking. Private events, including photo shoots, are not residential stays - these will be considered on a case by case basis and will incur an additional fee depending on event details. Please inquire before booking to confirm my approval!

House is in a quiet culdesac within walking distance (20-30 minute walk) to downtown wake forest which hosts wonderful restaurants, a rooftop wine bar, breweries, shopping and more! Wegmans is a 1-2 minute drive.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the basement studio, which includes bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchenette. The pool and pool deck are shared areas, so feel free to take a dip but don’t be surprised if we are out there too - along with our pets and guests at times! *Make sure you are aware of quiet times, along with the rest of the rules and details of this property prior to booking!*
